These terms govern access to Zeno Market, a prediction-market aggregation service. By using Zeno Market, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and access

You may use Zeno Market only where prediction-market access and the selected venue are lawful for you. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and each connected venue's terms, eligibility rules, and geographic restrictions. Zeno Market does not bypass venue restrictions.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for your sign-in methods, devices, and account activity. Notify us promptly if you believe your account is compromised. Do not attempt to access another user's account or interfere with the service.

Orders and market data

Quotes, odds, order books, and availability can change before execution. An order is complete only when the destination venue confirms it. Slippage, partial fills, rejection, network delay, venue downtime, and blockchain fees may occur. Zeno Market does not guarantee a displayed quote, uninterrupted access, or profit.

Testing status and risk

Zeno Market may be offered as a limited test. Prediction-market activity can result in loss. Use only amounts you can afford to lose and independently verify every confirmation.

Changes and suspension

We may change, limit, or suspend the service to protect users, address security or operational issues, or meet legal requirements. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the effective date.
